Since my early adulthood, I've frequented garage sales, estate sales, trade shows, and flea markets, unearthing treasures that often prompt the question, "Why did you buy that?" Allow me to explain.
I am captivated by the craftsmanship and character inherent in items from the early 1900s. The meticulous attention to detail in some pieces, and the raw, unfinished beauty in others, often make the most imperfect items the most desirable. While rare finds hold significant value, each piece carries a unique charm that connects us to our ancestors and our history.
However, my love for collectibles isn't confined to antiques. I also appreciate modern items, particularly those that strike a balance between old and new. My attic is a trove of such discoveries.
